I had a great experience with Steel City Glass in Manassas, VA! I called ahead about getting a piece of glass cut for the top of a dresser I purchased from Facebook Marketplace. The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart—friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. When I arrived, one of their team members even came out to my car to measure the dresser to make sure the glass would fit perfectly. I paid on-site and was told it would be ready by Friday, and just as promised, it was. The glass fit beautifully, and the entire process was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent customer service!

Steel City created and installed a full length mirror for my bedroom. In addition, they created a mirrored wall for my powder room and re-mirrored a vanity for another bathroom several months ago. They also created new seals for my shower enclosure. All of their work has been outstanding, with first rate customer service. Their prices have been reasonable. Their service is quick and their employees are polite and careful. I’ll hire them when I need more work done.

Excellent customer service! We hired Steel City Glass to install our bathroom mirror and a half glass panel for our tub. They gave us a very competitive quote and came promptly within their window. There was a mix-up with the type of glass they installed for the tub, which was my fault, and they were very responsive in replacing it and making it right at no extra charge (Thank you Brady and Stephen for your professionalism). At a time when it’s virtually impossible to get a person on the phone after a job is done, the owner of Steel City called me personally to hear what happened and insure everything was as I wanted it to be. My experience with Steel City Glass was positive from start to finish! Everyone I worked with was polite and kind. I was able to get a quote on my initial phone call, I received a communication both times someone came to my house (for measuring and delivery) and the cost was very reasonable. Most importantly, the install guys were great! They were super respectful and patient, they made certain the glass was perfect and everything was cleaned up properly before leaving. We had a great experience with Steel City. In 2021 they install our bathroom mirrors and shower glass. We were happy with the quality of their workmanship. Fast forward four years later we had a minor issue and they immediately corrected the work free of charge. I would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation. Had to special order a glass, approximately 45”x28”, for a display case. They advised me of the best type of glass to use based on the dimensions and provided the glass in about 3 days. I was extremely satisfied with the quality and results! Needless to say, my display case looks phenomenal! Oh yeah, special shout out to Amber who was awesome throughout this process!

We’ve used Steel City at two houses in Arlington and Falls Church for shower doors, glass stair railings and mirror doors. They are awesome. Creative thinkers (when it came to designing the stairs), competitively priced and responsive to email (within hours). They talked me out of doing something that wouldn’t have had a good a ROI (but would have been profitable for them) – who does that these days?! Highly recommend.
